Welcome to a place where your well-being comes first, and each session is designed just for you.

Injury Massage

Targeted massage therapy designed to reduce pain, improve mobility, and support recovery from acute or chronic injuries by relieving muscle tension and promoting natural healing.

Lymphatic Massage

A gentle, rhythmic massage that encourages healthy lymphatic flow, helping reduce swelling, support detoxification, boost circulation, and promote overall wellness.

Myofascial Massage

A specialized technique that releases tension in the fascia, helping reduce pain, improve flexibility, restore movement, and relieve chronic tightness throughout the body.

Meet The Team

Larissa Taylor

Larissa is the owner and lead therapist at Taylord Living Wellness, where she’s developed her own techniques for low back and hip relief. Her passion is rooted in helping others through intuition, learning what works best for real-life body needs, and creating lasting comfort through daily movement.

For the past 4 years, she’s built her business with one mission: making massage therapy accessible and educating the community on how monthly sessions support everyday living. Her goal is helping you live fully—without unnecessary limitations.

Larissa also hand-build her team with compassion, support, and skill at the highest level, so you can feel confident in the care you receive.

Tryce Kelley

Tryce specializes in shoulder work, helping clients with frozen shoulder and rehabilitation after injury. With 7 years of massage therapy experience and a background as a former baseball player, he brings a sport-injury perspective and a targeted, hands-on approach to restore mobility and reduce restrictions.

Having graduated from the same school as Larissa, Tryce’s techniques align with the studio’s style—built on education, recovery, and empowering self-care. Outside the clinic, he’s committed to community through healing and movement, and shares the importance of self-care with his two young sons.

Spencer Paskett

Spencer’s neck knowledge is unmatched. In just a year and a half, he’s already earned raving reviews for being professional, kind, and reassuring—while using a soft touch that still brings real results.

He blends deep tissue and mobility work to help reduce pain and improve how you move, often right from your first session. With a genuine heart for healing, Spencer makes it easy to feel comfortable and supported from start to finish, and he loves connecting with clients through his interests—like 3D printing and The Lord of the Rings—as well as the strong bond he shares with his daughters.

Janet Cuppage

Janet brings a lifetime of care to her massage practice—starting with 30 years in physical education at the middle school level to becoming a massage therapist. At TLW, she’s known as the gift that keeps on giving.

While neck work is her strong suit, Janet’s standout skill is lymphatic drainage massage —perfect for those feeling bloated or supporting recovery after surgery. Her techniques focus on gentle, comforting fluid movement that’s both effective and easy to relax into. In just five years as a therapist, Janet is highly driven and constantly learning, always searching for the most effective ways to help her clients. Creative, outgoing, and genuinely warm, she’ll make you smile from the moment you walk in—comfort that truly feels like a mother’s, because she is.
